  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/2 cucchiaino black pepper
  • q.b. Butter, parmesan cheese, or herbs for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, coat the corn with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly covered.
  3. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Cook the corn at 400°F for 12 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  5. Once cooked, remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before serving.
  6. Serve with optional butter, parmesan cheese, or herbs as desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder or smoked paprika to the olive oil mixture before coating the corn.
