- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped collard greens with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned collard greens in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on your air fryer size.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Check for doneness; if necessary, cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until greens are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with apple cider vinegar if desired before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or sausage bits to the collard greens before air frying.
