- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal. For extra flavor, marinate the cod in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
