Ingredients
  

Cod Fillets
  • 2 fillets cod fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • ½ cucchiaino salt
  • ¼ cucchiaino black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
  5. Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal. For extra flavor, marinate the cod in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
