  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino cayenne pepper optional for heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings and olive oil; toss to coat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the wings; mix until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook the wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Check for doneness; wings should be crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Optional: For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 5 minutes.

For more flavor, marinate the wings in the seasoning mix for 30 minutes to 2 hours before cooking.
