Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs about 2-2.5 lbs
  • 2 cucchiai olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken thighs to skin side up and cook for an additional 13 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, spray the chicken thighs lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Pair with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
