- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs to skin side up and cook for an additional 13 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, spray the chicken thighs lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Pair with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
