Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • Cooking spray for spraying

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spraying lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the tenders with a little more cooking spray before cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
