- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine teff flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the teff flour mixture.
- Lightly brush both sides of the coated chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray before air frying. Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.
