- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Heat the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of each tortilla and roll tightly, securing the filling inside.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the filling. Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
