Ingredients

Filling
  • 240 g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 240 g coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 g green onions, finely chopped
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino ginger powder
Spring Rolls
  • 8 pieces spring roll wrappers
  • as needed Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well.
  2. Lay one spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, with a corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the corner.
  3. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to form a spring roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the spring rolls with cooking spray or oil.
  6. Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to do this in batches.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy spring rolls, ensure they are not touching each other in the air fryer basket. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for an enhanced flavor experience.
