Ingredients
  

Chicken Satay
  • 453 g chicken breast, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 15 g peanut butter
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 1 cucchiaino ground coriander
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino ginger powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 ml vegetable oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, coriander, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the marinated chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Once done, check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a side of peanut sauce or your favorite Asian dipping sauce.
