- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, coriander, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the marinated chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
