Ingredients

Filling
  • 227 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 60 g green onions, finely chopped
  • 60 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino onion powder
Assembly
  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers
  • as needed ml cooking spray or oil for misting

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water, fold diagonally to form a triangle, and press to seal. Ensure there are no air pockets. Optionally, twist the ends for a more decorative shape.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the filled wontons in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they don't touch.
  6. Mist the tops of the wontons with cooking spray. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the wontons are not overcrowded in the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
