Ingredients

Filling
  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 100 g shredded cabbage
  • 60 g chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cucchiaino fresh ginger, grated
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
Potstickers
  • 24 potsticker wrappers 20 to 24 pieces
  • 5 ml cooking spray

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Take a potsticker wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place potstickers in a single layer, leaving space between each.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve with dipping sauce of your choice.

Notes

For extra crispy potstickers, spray the tops lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Serve with a soy-based dipping sauce for added flavor.
