Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 15 g honey
  • 2 cucchiaino poppy seeds
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large bowl or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all pieces are coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of fresh herbs like parsley or thyme before serving.
