Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
Marinade
  • 120 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the coated chicken and press lightly to adhere.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Cook the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying.
