- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, check that the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serve hot.
