Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Breading
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
Egg Mixture
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
Finishing
  • 1 ml cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once cooked, check that the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve these chicken poppers with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra burst of flavor. For added crunch, consider double-dipping the chicken in egg and breadcrumbs before cooking.
