Ingredients
  

Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 0.5 cup diced bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chicken broth, shredded chicken, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil into the mixture and mix again.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish or a heatproof bowl that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes, stir the mixture gently and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the oats are tender and the mixture is heated through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or hot sauce before serving.
