Ingredients
  

Chicken Nuggets
  • 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 240 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 240 g breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • ml Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F). If needed, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Notes

For extra crispy nuggets, consider double-dipping in the egg and breadcrumbs.
