- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- After 10 minutes, add the mixed vegetables to the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the air fryer and toss them with the cooked egg noodles until well combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the soy sauce mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. This dish can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
