  • 1/2 cucchiaino Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and egg.
  2. Mix until well combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs (about 16 meatballs).
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Cook the meatballs at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary. These meatballs pair well with marinara sauce or on a sub sandwich.
