Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 680 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs about 1.5 lbs
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino ground cumin
  • 1 cucchiaino ground coriander
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • g Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Cook the chicken for 12 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 10-13 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
