Method
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Place a gyoza wrapper in the palm of your hand and add about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture to the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the gyoza in a single layer, making sure they do not touch each other.
- Cook the gyoza at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tops of the gyoza with cooking spray before air frying. Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
