Ingredients

Filling
  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 g green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 g cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cucchiaino ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
Wrapper
  • 20 g gyoza wrappers
  • 1 ml Cooking spray

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Place a gyoza wrapper in the palm of your hand and add about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture to the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the gyoza in a single layer, making sure they do not touch each other.
  5. Cook the gyoza at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tops of the gyoza with cooking spray before air frying. Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
