  • 450 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 450 g gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
  • 240 ml cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 240 ml spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. After 8 minutes, add the gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, and spinach to the basket. Toss gently to combine with the chicken.
  5. Cook for an additional 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove the basket and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider adding the gnocchi to the basket for the last 5 minutes of cooking time only. This dish pairs well with a light salad or a slice of garlic bread.
