- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion to the bowl. Toss until everything is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve in tortillas with optional toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken and vegetables for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings for a delicious meal.
