Ingredients

Filling
  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 0.5 cup grated carrots
  • 2 g green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 g cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 1 cucchiaino ginger, grated
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers (24 count)
  • 1 ml Cooking spray or oil for misting

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until well combined.
  2. Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange dumplings in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
  5. Air fry the dumplings at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the dumplings lightly with oil before air frying. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
