Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6-8 ounces each
Seasoning
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra juiciness, marinate the chicken in the spice mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with a side salad or your favorite vegetables.
