- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra juiciness, marinate the chicken in the spice mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with a side salad or your favorite vegetables.
