  • 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces Ensure the pieces are evenly sized for even cooking.
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets Use fresh broccoli for the best texture.
  • 30 ml olive oil Helps to crisp up the chicken and broccoli.
  • 1 tsp Salt Add more or less to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Add more or less to taste.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds a delicious garlic flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika For a bit of color and flavor.

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until chicken is well coated.
  2. Add broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the chicken and broccoli mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili flakes before air frying. Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
