- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chanterelles, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chanterelles in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the mushrooms with more olive oil before cooking.
