Ingredients
  

Chanterelle Mushrooms
  • 450 g fresh chanterelle mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 g fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chanterelles, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chanterelles in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the mushrooms with more olive oil before cooking.
