- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the florets are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
