Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the florets are golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
