  • 450 g baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino dried thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the baby carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches if your air fryer is small.
  4. Cook the carrots at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even cooking.
  5. Once the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley or dill before serving. You can also try adding a squeeze of lemon juice for a tangy twist.
