- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the baby carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches if your air fryer is small.
- Cook the carrots at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even cooking.
- Once the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
