- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into wedges (about 8 wedges).
- In a large bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cabbage is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cabbage before serving. You can also try adding different spices or herbs to suit your taste.
