Ingredients
  

Brussels Sprouts
  • 454 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.25 cucchiaino red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and browned.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, leave some space between the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket. Enjoy as a healthy side dish or snack.
