- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, leave some space between the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket. Enjoy as a healthy side dish or snack.
