Ingredients
  

Broccoli
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.25 cucchiaino red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping, until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli before serving. This dish pairs well with grilled chicken or fish.
