Ingredients
  

Bison Steak
  • 2 oz bison steaks 6-8 oz each
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt to taste
  • 1 cucchiaino pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the bison steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub each steak with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned bison steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes.
  6. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 6 minutes for medium-rare (adjust time by 1-2 minutes longer for medium).
  7. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme if desired and serve.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; 130°F for medium-rare and 140°F for medium. Adjust the seasoning to taste and enjoy with your favorite sides.
