- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Add the bison ribs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned bison ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the bison ribs for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the ribs for even cooking.
- Check for doneness; the ribs should be tender and have an internal temperature of at least 160°F (71°C). If needed, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving with barbecue sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the bison ribs in the spice mixture for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
