Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 450 g ground beef (80/20)
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15 g chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get approximately 12 meatballs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
  5. Cook meatballs at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
  6. Remove meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. Serve with your favorite pasta or as a delicious appetizer.
