- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get approximately 12 meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Cook meatballs at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Remove meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For even cooking, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. Serve with your favorite pasta or as a delicious appetizer.
