Beef Brisket
  • 907 g beef brisket
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino brown sugar
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino ground cumin
  • 0.5 cucchiaino cayenne pepper (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the brisket with olive oil, then evenly coat it with the spice mixture, ensuring it’s well covered on all sides.
  4. Place the seasoned brisket in the air fryer basket. Cook at 300°F for 45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes, flip the brisket and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F for tender slices.
  6. Once done, remove the brisket from the air fryer and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the brisket in the spice mixture for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
