Ingredients
  

Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 can bamboo shoots, drained and rinsed 14 oz can
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino ground ginger optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained bamboo shoots, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and ground ginger. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned bamboo shoots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crisping.
  5. Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish or snack.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can increase the cook time by 2-3 minutes, checking for desired texture.
