- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained bamboo shoots, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and ground ginger. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned bamboo shoots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crisping.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can increase the cook time by 2-3 minutes, checking for desired texture.
