Asparagus
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/2 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaio grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the asparagus during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, extend the cooking time by 1-2 minutes, checking for doneness. Serve as a side dish or a healthy snack.
