Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 1 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1/2 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/2 cucchiaino garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 cucchiaino onion powder optional
  • 120 ml water
  • as needed cooking spray

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine arrowroot powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the batter into the basket, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the arrowroot layer and cook for another 10 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into desired shapes.

Notes

For a creative twist, try adding your favorite herbs or spices to the batter. Serve as a snack or use as a base for toppings.
