- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the anchovy fillets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the anchovies evenly.
- Place the coated anchovies in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, checking halfway through for desired crispiness.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, try adding a sprinkle of breadcrumbs before air frying. These anchovies are great as a snack or served with a fresh salad.
