Ingredients
  

Anchovy Mixture
  • 1 can anchovy fillets in oil, drained
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaio fresh parsley, chopped optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the anchovy fillets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the anchovies evenly.
  3. Place the coated anchovies in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, checking halfway through for desired crispiness.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, try adding a sprinkle of breadcrumbs before air frying. These anchovies are great as a snack or served with a fresh salad.
