Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, water, and lemon zest. Beat until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
- To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
