Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 packet instant lemon pudding mix 3.4 oz package
  • 240 g sour cream
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 120 ml water
  • 2 g zest of lemons
For the Lemon Glaze
  • 240 g powdered sugar
  • 60 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, eggs, water, and lemon zest. Beat until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
  5. To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
