Ingredients

For the Fluff
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or pink candy-coated chocolate
For Garnish
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 50 g Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • 20 g Pink sprinkles for decoration

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and white chocolate chips (or candy-coated chocolate). Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  5. Scoop the fluff into serving bowls or a large serving dish. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of pink decorations for a festive finish.
  6. Serve chilled and share the love with every spoonful!

Notes

Use raspberries or cherries instead of strawberries for a different fruity twist. Add a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra indulgence. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
