Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until the beef is nicely browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain off excess fat if necessary.
- Add the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for another 1–2 minutes, just until fragrant.
- Cook the Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in the uncooked rotini pasta. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then lower the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10–12 minutes, until the pasta is perfectly tender.
- Add the Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it melts completely and the sauce becomes creamy, coating every bite of pasta.
- Serve: Ladle the creamy beef and rotini into bowls. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
