Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined. Press about 1 tablespoon into each muffin liner or mold. Chill.
- Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and freeze-dried strawberry powder. Beat until fluffy. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble the bites: Spoon or pipe filling over crusts and smooth tops.
- Make the crunch topping: Pulse 6 Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries into crumbs. Stir in melted butter.
- Top each cheesecake with strawberry crunch. Chill for 2+ hours or freeze 30–60 minutes before serving.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or whipped cream before serving.
