- For the Cinnamon-Sugar Chips:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- For the Cheesecake Dip:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- For the Strawberry Topping:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Chips: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortillas. Cut into triangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Dip: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate.
- Make the Strawberry Topping: Combine jam and water in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Toss in sliced strawberries and let cool slightly.
- Assemble and Serve: Arrange chips on a tray. Serve cheesecake dip and strawberry topping in bowls. Dip and enjoy!
