- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Dollop the mixture over the filling and gently spread.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top—do not mix.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
