Pear, Brie, and Cranberry Flatbread with Thyme

Ingredients

  • 1 (250 g) flatbread or naan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz (115 g) brie, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp toasted nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch sea salt & cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Brush flatbread with oil; top with pears and brie.
  3. Add cranberry dollops, thyme, nuts, salt, pepper.
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes until brie melts. Drizzle honey.

Notes

  • Swap apples for pears, or try balsamic glaze.
  • Serve warm with arugula salad or cider.
