Ingredients

- 1 (250 g) flatbread or naan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz (115 g) brie, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp toasted nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch sea salt & cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Brush flatbread with oil; top with pears and brie.
- Add cranberry dollops, thyme, nuts, salt, pepper.
- Bake 10β12 minutes until brie melts. Drizzle honey.
Notes
- Swap apples for pears, or try balsamic glaze.
- Serve warm with arugula salad or cider.
