Peach Pie Cruffins – Flaky, Fruity & Irresistibly Sweet!

These Peach Pie Cruffins are a delightful combination of flaky croissant and sweet muffin, filled with juicy peach pie filling and a hint of cinnamon. A perfect treat for breakfast or dessert!

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cruffins (approx.) 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup canned peach pie filling (or fresh peaches with a bit of sugar & cinnamon)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and press seams together to make one sheet.
  3. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  4. Spread peach filling over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then cut it in half lengthwise.
  6. Twist each half and roll it into a spiral shape (like a cinnamon roll).
  7. Place each cruffin spiral into a greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches when in season – just dice and mix with sugar & cinnamon.
  • Try adding chopped pecans or a cream cheese swirl for extra richness.
