6 Chicken Thighs

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 cup Chicken Broth

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Fresh Basil, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Sear chicken on both sides until golden (about 3–4 minutes per side). Set aside.

In the same skillet, add broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan. Stir and simmer.

Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over it, then transfer skillet to the oven.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh basil, serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
