- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef hot dogs, sliced
- 1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Butter or spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté hot dogs in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, browned hot dogs, chili, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top the pasta mixture with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with diced onions, tomatoes, or sliced jalapeños if desired before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can use any type of pasta you prefer, such as penne or rotini.
